Dr Michael-Welcome Everbody to this #171 ENVIRO Congress. As always it is my pleasure to greet you here in our Webinair Room, another week has passed and much has been accomplished.I am sure many of you who are following our Conferences are pretty much aware of what has been done, but for those who are not Pay-outs and Automated Services have been implemented, new Statistics are there, cleaning up of the Data Bases and all those little things that you don't see, but are important for getting a smooth and harmonic incorporation of the PIFBC, as an engine of success and a source for all of you to actually have the benefitsof a low Entry to something that is certainly very special, the speciality of it is "that it is You who are part of it", and that is something for which I am very grateful. I welcome all your Activities and I am glad to have you onboard with us.

For the past 171 weeks it is astonishing to see where we have come from, how our Membership is increasing and the recognition we are receiving from Corporations and People, and I can see how you are all learning to differentiate yourselves to be successful. This is "not the Ordinary Business, it is not the Ordinary Opportunity, it IS THE OPPORTUNITY." It is an Opportunity where we truly have something that others don't have.

Let me share with you our accomplishments for the past year startingwith the UEP, UEM and now the PIFBC,andall those things in combination with our Partners like Classic, Solixta, the Limitless Mall, People who come from different Businesses like GammaJim, People like Bob, we have our professional support from Joe and many others who are supporting us and that is pretty astonishing. For those who are not aware we do quite a lot of things, we do promote music, we have our UBIEE Song, which we are setting up thanks to George Johnson, and People who are with us all giving the best that they can, and that really is the most important thingfor me, it is not how good it is, but it is the best we can.

I can only say that this Project has all the means of being successful, but please bear in mind that it is just 2 months since we were firstintroduced tothe PIFBC by Tim and what I see on the Website and the results we are getting, I can tell you there are not many Companies around who can do the same thing, I have been around for quite some time and I know that it is all your work and your support that brings us to a level of recognition.

The co-ordination anddedication that has been implemented for UBIEE over the past 4 years, is certainly a "Great Thank You" to People like Steve Hall in California, Erika Munoz in Mexico, Pedro Artigas, Joe Green, Marion Hume, those are the Founders and myself of what we have done here. Rick from the Conferacy of Horsepower is another Person who started with us, I know many of you have not been with us so long, but regardless to say You are Welcome,We have done the groundwork, we have dug the hole, now we are sticking all the girders into the hole and are really filling it up, andafter 4 years of dedication and support for the Environment we have now achieved a level of recognition that many People will never reach.

4 years on the Internet, 4 years of supporting People, providing Services, providing Solutions, it is finally coming to a recognition that we all desire, and that desire will go much further than just desire. I Welcome you all, Joe, Ani, Daniel, Dany, Erika, Fionnuala, Gary, George, Henrik, Jeff, Leonard, Marion, Mark, Patricia, Patty, Pedro, Keith, Ray, Rick, Steve Dixon, Steve Hall, Tim, Wanda and Wilma, my gosh, isn't it great, we are right in Summertime and we are all here together sharing a little of the Vision that has been achieved in 1 week.

What we bring together in 1 week as a Team, many Companies can't do in 1 year, so what does it mean? We are all different, we do have something that many others would love to have, what we have put together and what we are combining with "Technology, Product delivery, Support, this is absolutely outstanding and that means'Thank You, Thank You, Thank You" from our part for what you are doing, but don't stop, don't lean back and think that I have done so much, because there is so much more to come.

I am sure manyof you will remember in December last year, we announced that the year 2008 would be a tremendous year where we would convert our Harmonic Group of Friends into the UBIEE Organization, and that has certainly been established, and we are actually getting 1 step further, many of you are using it already, and it is the "UBIEE Green Nation", these are just not words, it is what many of us believe in, and when You believe in things You get a long way. It is like believing in the Lord, you know you will get help, believe in yourself, help Yourself and You can achieve. What we do is to provide you with a Platform, which as an Amateur In Home Business you can become a Professional, but the Path is not easy, we are fully aware of this, but it doesn't mean that you can't achieve it.

"No Master Falls From Heaven", there is 1 important thing in Life that I have certainly learnt and that is that 99% of any situation, problem or challenge disappears by itself if, You have the Time, Patience and the Discipline to wait those things out, 2 months, 3 months or 1 year is really nothing in comparison to what you have in front of you.

My question to you is - have you ever been part of an Executive Team like we have in UBIEE where you have the opportunity to be part of a Multi Million Dollar Company? UBIEE is already 18 million Euro strong, we don't have all that money in cash, but we do have it in Contracts and Agreements, the next step for us is to reach the 200 million Euro Line, and that is something that we will set-up within the next 6 months. Believe me in the next 6 months UBIEE will have that strengthon a Contactual Base and on Agreements, and we will certainly need People who are willing to learn, go that extra mile, and that you as a Student to success profess to be ready, and if You are ready, I am ready to support You.

I am not out there to try to help You count my 1 Euros, I am out there to help You. My commitment is there, and I am sure that many of you who know me, know I am not saying this just to motivate you, I am not the type of Person who likes to repeat over and over again the same thing, but the elaboration and development that is actually happening with us in UBIEE, I would say over the past 6 months of 2008, has certainly set a Milestone for all of us, anda Milestone is something you get with dedication, and if You haven't seen the Milestone yet, well touch your nose and see if You have done enough on Your part to realize it, and if You don't realize it, it is very simple, You haven't been involved enough to really see the Horizon that is being shown to You.

You have "Free Choice", nobody pressures you, and nobody tells You what You have to do except Yourself. It is up to You to decide if You want to be part of"The UBIEE Movement", if that is what You want, then You are part of it. No one is going to come and ask You to stay, maybe some of the Leaders might, but not me, I will just continue to grow, and I can tell you, there is quality in those People who are coming in without the need for me to look for anybody. There is quality support from Professionals and Non-Professionals who are willing to step forward to offer their support, and that is exactly where we are at the moment.

We are creating Leaders, we are creating Executives, and the doors are still open, September 1st is the date for the Official Announcement ofUBIEE's Executive Team, Everybody here has the chance to be in that Team, but there again, You won't get it given to you just for nothing. Believe me what really is important "is that You have to stand out with Your Attitude, make Yourself visible, do something for UBIEE and share with the Leaders what You have done" because that is how we realize You are active. People who do not will simply not be recognized.

There is no way back from this, we have done, we have provided andwe have implemented, our strategy for 2008-2009 is to be a $2 billion Company within the next 2 years. Believe me, I believe in what I am telling you, I am not telling you that you will get $2 billion, but the Company will, how much You are part of it, and how much of it you can put into Your own Bank Account really depends on You, Your Actions and how much initiative You provide for the Team. The World is round, we have 5 big Continents, and each of you is residing in one of those Continents, and it is really up to you to take the Leadership because there is No Manual written for UBIEE.

How canIbecome a UBIEE Leader? - By taking the Right Attitude andby sharing what you do best.

Don't look and try to invent something, don't look around and intentionally do things you know nothing about. UBIEE is about what you present to us in Friendship what "You Know About", it may be music, it may be singing, it may be Administrative Skills, it may be Programming or Designing, All of you have some Talent that You can bring forward, 'That Is What We Want To See." We are a Company, this is a Business, so for You to be part of what we are doing, You had better understand that it depends on You to stick with it, if You want to have the Benefits of the growth of a Great Team.

"You have to have the Heart, You have to have Belief in Yourself." If you are in other Opportunities and are not making much money, then this is the moment you leave them for a few months, and concentrate on what you have here, because that will be when You stand out,that will be the moment because there are only a few of us here, 4 or 5 of us, who have been with us for the past 4 years implementing this, and they are the only ones who will really appreciate how much has been done, to give You today, this Platform of Success.

Many People over that time have left UBIEE because they just didn't have the Vision, they couldn't afford it financially, or their Dreams have been stolen by People who are Nah Sayers, or People saying this will never work. It is so much easier to be skeptical rather than positive, and I am sure You have the ability to be a Positive Person, but, it is not up to us, You have to stimulate yourself, You have to ask yourself when You get up in the morning, what You want to become, what You want to be, a Successful Person or a Person who has a JOB for the next 40 years.

That is Your choice, You can have your JOB, Just Over Broke, or with due diligence You can spend your time, dedicateit to UBIEE and differentiate yourself, so that You can say "Yes, I have my own individual Business, But, I am also UBIEE, I am an Environmental Protector, I am an Ambassador for our Planet, would You like to join me and do the same? I am sure that Everybody in their Heart wants to support and protect what we have, our Children, our Planet, Clean Water, Clean Air, but unfortunately life has shown us that those things aren't real.

We get taught in Schools, don't do this, don't do that, you have to be nice, you have to be gentle, don't raise your voice to others, don't lie, but when we grow up we find People doing all those things we were told not to do - how come - because the World is corrupt and we are just a drop in the ocean of Life that has taken on that challenge, we are not Greenpeace, we are "A UBIEE GREEN NATION" which really allows you to provide what You know best. We don't tell You what You don't know but You can request those things that You would like to know.

"You can ask those You see who stand out with their Attitude" what are the missing Links, but really it is not about learning something new, it is not about getting new People into UBIEE, it is about YOU, right now, to make yourself strong, differentiate yourself, to really look up to the rest and say "I am UBIEE, I am a Professional, I have a Solution for the Planet, I have a Solution for People who would like to earn a little extra money, not millions, but enough to paytheir Phone Bills,their Gas Bills and get that special help that is needed to be different and to be able to give that Opportunity totheir Friends who would like to do similar things.

That is what we have right now, and You don't need to invent it, anyone who is not interested, that is OK. UBIEE is not the only way to be successful, it is only 1 way of doing things, but it certainly provides Opportunities for those who want to be part of the Venture. I would llike to call up on some of those who have not been with us for so long to share their Vision, and firstly to George Johnson my good Friend in Australia to share his Vision, over 70 years of age, loads of experience, certainly somebody who gets his word out to you ineither word or song and he certainly knows what he feels about what is important to him.

George Johnson - Australia - I have just sent a Message to Dany, my good Friend in Belgium saying that Dr Michael is such a good Speaker and a pleasure to listen to. I have come to know Dr Michael over a period of months since I have been associated with UBIEE and he is very honest and very genuine. I am very interested in the Planet, I look around and see on the TV all the garbage that is in the Waterways, the Birds with oil all over their feathers and I see many things that are very disappointing.

I am very Spiritually minded myself, I will be honest, I have not always been so, I have achieved this over the past 35-40 years. I am a strong Believer in the Law of Karma, what we put out with our Energy and our Free Will must come back to us. I do not know how that works, but I do know that what we put out in "a Direct Straight Line from us in Thought, Word and Action will return to us, Good or Bad."

I also believe that Life is a continuous process, I am aware that we do have Death of the physical, our Bodies are just the vehicle that carries the "Real Us, the Inner Soul, Self." 30 years ago I had "an Out of the Body Experience", evidence is too strong to deny that this phenomena doesn't happen, it was a wonderful experience and not at all frightening. Over the years I have had other experiences where I was controlled by some power, where I could not even move a finger, there IS a Power out there much greater than us, GOD is the source of all there is, He is in control of everything and Everyone.

The God we have is a "God of Love", not a God of terrorism in His name, that is not the way it is, we are governed by a God of Love for All, Everyone is the same, red, yellow, black, green or whatever, we are All One People.

I feel I was guided to UBIEE, I have been around a little bit, the Internet is a magnificent gift that has been given to us all, but the great majority of People abuse it, misrepresent it, sex, I get so much come to my computer here it is unreal. This is the Level that these People are on, this is the Level they are projecting out from themselves, and I believe that at the termination of our Life, we go to the particular Spiritual frequency by what we have earned, the way we have chosen to live our lives.

I will tell you a little story, I bought a Chakra Book, and the Chakra is the Energy Centres within us all. Many People have heard about the 3rd Eye, The Brow Chakra between the Eyes. There are 7 Major Chakras plus many more in the body. In the Book I bought talking about the Brow Chakra it stated that "within the Brow Chakra there is and Eye, and the Eye is sitting on its side, but the Eye is not looking out, the Eye is looking in. This Eye is "the higher God part of us", this Eye's job is to record every single thing that comes from us in word, thought, feeling andaction.

This Eye represents "Our Video Playback when we leave the Physical Plain for the next Plain of existence, nothing is lost, every single word, things you have forgotten, conflicts that have never been resolved, I do, I look for my enemies and anyone I haven't made up with, I go out of my way, I will pick up the Telephone and I will ring them to put myself right before I leave this Physical Plain. This is only my opinion.

I would like to speak about UBIEE now, as I have said I feel as though I was guided here, and after being on the Internet and involved with this one, that one and others promising this and that, never delivering, you want to complain but, you can't get hold of anybody - in UBIEE all the Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers and all the Contacts are there, UBIEE is a very straight Company, and I will say to all the Newcomers that you can confidently join 100%, 1,000% and you will have no problem.

I am a man who tells it the way it is and I will give you a straight answer, I don't care if I offend anybody, if I see it a certain way and believe it is not the right way, I will say it if you are a Shyster and taking People's money. If UBIEE was like that, I would have been gone long ago, but I joined and I actually bought an Agency in Australia because I felt it would give the best financial benefit. OK, they say that "Money is not everything", but You try and live without it.

The objective of UBIEE is the Planet, this beautiful Planet, the Jewel of the Galaxy, and yet what are People doing to it, I beleive the Planet isn't in a very good state at the moment. I believe Dr Michael is a very straight runner, he is a very good Speaker, he speaks with so much sincerity and honesty and it is a pleasure to be associated with him. I know that Dr Michael is not in this for the money, I have had many heavy discussions with him, he is a very good Teacher and I do believe he has a Mission here because he stands out from the crowd, and so does his Offsider Joe Green, so where does he come from?

After UBIEE has paid out all expenses from every Membership, 52 cents is all that is left. What does that tell you, that Dr Michael is here to make the mighty $, no it tells meit is not his main objective, because he rarely speaks of money. The reason he has this Payment Module Scheme in place is to attract Members, because Members want to make money.

The PIF is a great System to make money and to get a lot of People into UBIEE, because UBIEE needs People Power to overcome the problems on the Planet. There are many areas in UBIEE, the PowerPill, PIF, the magnificent Email 2.0 and there are many more things coming. What about the UBIEE Radio, UBIEE's own TV Network, a $2billion Company - what is this telling You, it is telling me that this is going to be the biggest thing on this Planet.

We are in the early stages at the moment, personally I intend to stick with it because I know it is straight and genuine. I hope you all do well, God Bless you all and I thank you very much.

Dr Michael - Thank you very much George for the elaboration. You asked me where I came from, I have shared it with a few, and when the time is right I will share it with a few others. Right now all that is really important is "People Power" because it is People who make the difference. There is no such thing as a President of a Countrywho hasn't made his own step forward and enthusiastically first convinced his Followers, his own Group, then the Masses and they become either the Classes or the Abusers.

Power is something within our Society which unfortunately has been built many, many years ago, many more years and generations than we can even think about. All this is not up to us to judge, but, it is up to us "to Design Our Future", and our Future will not be left in the hands of corrupt Businesses or the Power of Everybody, we the People have the Power to achieve as long as we don't create a Revolution, but if we do, "it has to be Peaceful and Harmonic that will not hurt the People. If it hurts someone who has been corrupt for 200 years, who cares, but it should never hurt the People. Unfortunately in our life when we look at it, those Big Boys, the corrupt Leaders we have in every Religion and every Country - who are the ones who pay the price? -it always has been the People.

Our System makes People strong, it makes People actually share what they have best, what they have in their hearts, if it is "Love" that you want to share, share it, if it is the understanding of financial matters like I have, share it, if it is the understanding of Marketing, share it, Everybody has something that they can share with the People, and People will identify with you, because 99% of all of us, regardless which Country we are from, have seen in History that it is the People who have made the changes, andit only needs ONE Person to change the World.

At every moment, at every instant, somewhere the Sun is coming up. Look at all those Statesmen, all those People who did change our habits, not always for the better, but they had a Vision, and they had People who actuallydid standup for them. I truly believe in All of you, you have never seen me kick anyone out, or close the Door on anyone. Yes, sometimes I am the one who says "I don't like it, get out of here", because the People I get involved with don't respect you, but that doesn't mean that I don't respect the Person.

I have shown on many occasions that I stand up for our Team. I know that I have not always made the right decisions, and I do not intend to, I am not perfect, neither is anyone here perfect, but we all have something extra, and if we put those things together we will create a chain reaction. In the Time Frame of Generations what is 4 years? In 4 years of work we have made UBIEE grow to where we are right now, it is like "a Drop of Water ona Hot Stone", and if we keep dripping that little bit onto the Hot Stone, you will see that "that Little Drop of Water will make a Hole in that Stone", and that is what we are doing, we are actually able to make Stones convert into Action.

Do you realize that a Stone has much more energy and more power to do things than our entire consciousness, because they bear the secrets of the Energy, they bear the secrets of the Universe, and if we learn with Technology to take an Energy Field out of any Stone where ever you walk, you will see the potential of Power.

And yes George, you are absolutely right, everything that we do is recorded, everything is there, the Chakras of the 3rd Eye. I can tell you some things that will blow you away. I can teach you how to use your Inner Eye, I can get you the axis to the Universal Information Highway, but that is something I just don't give out to everybody, "Earn It, Believe in It, and you will see it as I open it up to you."

There is a lot of confusion, but I can tell you that there is nothing in the Universe that you don't know, everything that you know is part of the overall wisdom of our Multiversal Constellation, and that is why "Our Brain" is only switched on a few times, because right now "it is your Hard Disk, and your Hard Disk is like a computer", you have a Hard Disk of 300 GIG, and how much do you use each instant? - only a fraction, but does that mean that this fraction could work without the entire Hard Disk?

Of course it couldn't, so our Brains capacity, our understanding of Energy, Chakras, Extraterrestrial Life, Energy Forms, things we cannot explain that we call God, all those things we really don't know how to touch, they are all part of you, and as such we are all sons of God, we are his sons and daughters. If we are what we believe in our Religion regardless of whether it is Christianity, Muslim, Hebrew, it makes no difference. If we are the sons of God, if you have this understanding and don't look up to false prophets, then you will be successful.

False Prophets are actually those who tell you what you don't know, or how to do things better their way -
Isn't that the most destructive way to get the best out of People?
Isn't that what we learnt as children NOT to do?
How come as Adults weDO exactly what we tell our Children NOT to do?
How come we teach our Children differently than we act as Adults?

We do it many times, and we don't know why we do it, "We Teach Them The Right Thing, BUT, We Act Differently", and that goes for all sorts of Civilizations and it doesn't matter where it is, the USA, Australia, Spain, it makes no difference becausewe all fall into that trap, and "That Trap Is Called Daily Life Experiences." You turn on the TV and see all the negativity, People getting shot and killed andit need to be a Child to appreciate that this is wrong.

Our "Inner Genetic Key" is born to "Love Each Other", and we are born to share this wisdom with the next generation. There is a Higher Consciousness, and that is certainly what I have implemented within UBIEE, and that Higher Consciousness for me means "Respect For All Of You." Many of you have seen me work through struggles in UBIEE over the past 4 years, over that time People have joined and then left, they lost faith in what they were doing, but have You really seen that we have slowed down because of this? It is called "Renovation", and that renovation is part of you, the part that You know best, it is the part You contribute towards a great System to make us all become successful, and success doesn't mean that you have to have money in your pocket.

I would like to share a little story with you - we have a Friend among us who had an Offer from a Bank saying "If you have Children, and if you open up an Account with us we will give you certain Games for your Kids to play." As you know, what Banks say is not always right, and when this Person opened up the Account and didn't receive the Games for his Child, he wonderedwhat is wrong? Do you know what the Bank did? They completely ignored this Person.

Do you know what this Person did? He took the Power of UBIEE and convincedthe Bank Director to change his "Attitude" right from the phone. The Person I am talking about is one of our main Leaders who has seen us grow from the beginning. He took up the phone, called the Bank Director and said "Sir, you made an Offer to me and my Son that you have not fulfilled, would you be so kind as to type in "UBIEE" in Google Search and have a look at who I am and what is the Company I am involved with.

Do you really want me to send out a Message to our Members saying that your Bank is nothing else but a liar? Do you know how long it took that Bank Director to change his"Attitude", 2 minutes, and a week later his Son got 4 Games and not just 1! The Son of course is very happy, but I can tell you who is even happier, and that is the Person who had the courage to stand up in front of the Bank Director "for his rights", and that is the "People Power" that George was talking about.

You can all do whatever you like, nobody will stop this "UBIEE Movement", I will go away and you will will keep doing it because now the Seeds are in your mind, the Seeds are in your Heart andEverybody has the same Opportunity.

Not Everyone will be happy, because most People are not even ready to understand what it is, the Concept is so new, it is so innovative that somebody who is stubborn within their own World, or someone who is used to cheating People, like those Network Marketer Big People, most of them are nothing else but crooks because they make their money based upon the Followers they have, who pay their Monthly Fees.

Let me share with you, 1 years ago Steve was one of those People who has been in many Programmes wanting to become successful so that he could pay the mortgage off his Home, but the only thing Steve achieved in 4 1/2 years was to have been left down many times, and when you have been left alone on the Internet, unsupported, it is very easy to "lose faith."

1 year with UBIEE with all his handicaps, Steve has become a Leader, a Person who believes in himself, a Person who really appreciates what he has seen, not what he is getting out of it, because he is like most of us, he is in this, not for what he can get out of it, because he realizes that by doing it for others, he is getting back so much more than money. There is just so much that is going on in the World with Life, I think what happens, is that a lot of times we take for granted how special it is to be alive and how special Life is.

We all live our Lives and we go through our stresses, and we have our personal problems etc., but if you stop and think for just a minute what it really means to be a Human Being and to be alive, how special it is, how much of a miracle it is, it is absolutely staggering. It takes something in the order of 20 trillion little cells all working together in harmony and in concert just to make it possible for you to experience consciousness, millions and millions, billions of years planning, work, dedication, experimentation has gone into making Life what it is today. It is the biggest thing happening, the grandest experiment, it is a miracle and it is going on all around us and when we look out into the Universe, we don't see it happening anywhere else.

I believe that there is Life throughout the Universe, the fact of the matter is that it is still very, very rare and very special. It is important that we realize how special this is and realize that we are All part of this experiment, and this experiment can go wrong. We have Free-will, and we have All heard that "we have been made in the Image of the Creator", but I think a lot of the time we don't actually ask ourselves what this actually means.

God can do anything that He wants, He could have created the Universe to destroy it, He could make it anyway that He wanted throught the Power of Creation, through the Power of having nothing, to the Power of having something so complex that it is as diverse as the reality we have around us.

It is important to realize that we are also Creators, we have been made in God's Image, and that means that we have, to some degree, those same Powers, and that means the Power to sin, the Power to change the World, and the Power not to ruin the "Beautiful Miraculous Experiment called Life" that is happening on the Planet.

This is what originally drew me into UBIEE, especially knowing how passionate Dr Michael is about the Environment, and I am also passionate about the Environment. The "Environment" is just a word when we hear it, but what it really is, is that it is Everything around us, and it is what we have to maintain, because the Earth will continue for a long time, it has been here for a long time before Man. Life will continue even if we ruin it for ourselves as Human Beings, and for many of the beautiful Creatures on this Planet because of being irresponsible and caught up in our Egos so to speak.

Ego is not always bad, Ego makes it possible "to call Yourself You, for You to have an Identity", but the Ant, the Fly and the Butterfly, they don't have an Identity, they are living, and they are part of it, but we have something extra, "we have this Consciousness of Self." That is the meaning behind "I Am That I Am", it is actually "The Am That I Am", and what it means is "the greater whole of unity, the greater consciousness that makes the whole, and the Individual Consciousness that we have as Individuals and how those things are one inside of the other.

I think it is good that we have such wonderful People here to share these Ideas, but let us not lose track of how important we are, and what "We Can Do To Make A Difference."

Speaking of differences, there have been some differences in the PIFBC Back Office. What we have done is "to Activate the PIF System", I have put in "Additional Statistics", now you can see your "Total Earnings to Your Debit Card, and also the Debit Card Earnings due. Some of you have already received Payments, and "if you want to keep track of these things, the Payment History is also in the Back Office. "The My Account, is now a Pull-Down Menu" so you can check it out, this is where you will find the Payment History.

Pay-Outs are live, and they are happening. When Your Debit Card arrives, there is a Blue Box on the Control Panel Page about 1/2 way down, and You will need to put in your number to show that You have received Your Card. After You have done this, You will be able towithdraw money fromyour Card. These Cards are working great, I have activated mine, andeven linked it up to my PayPal Account, these Cards are all Universally accepted everywhere. It was a really good feeling the other day to finalize those steps, and to make those Pay-Outs actually happen. We are also in for the Money, and there is nothing to be ashamed of about that.

This is moving forward, and we really have an asset with this Debit Card System, and also with all the Incentives we have, there is a lot to talk about, a lot to share, and I can tell you with the Gas Prices the way they are, with the "New Incentive we have for the USA in combination with the PowerPill", we really have something to help People where they are hurting the most, and that is with their Energy and Liquid Fuel consumption,it is not just driving the Car, you can use the PowerPill in the Fuel for anything your Boat, Generator, Home.

Where is the Social Security System like Everybody else in the World has, where is the Security for Older people , it does not really exist. How come that in Countries that are so civilized, when you go to the Doctor, the first thing they ask "is give me the Money." You can come to Spain, and any Citizen from around the World, can go to the Hospital or the Doctor, and "You Are Not Charged A Penny, it is FREE", and you know why, because thatSociety, pays for that Social System.

It is like UBIEE, we make our System grow, and Countries have their Social Networks. Don't get me wrong, I love America, I spent most of my life there when Iwas educated, when I saw the Opportunities, I love the Vision of America that Everything is possible, but I do not like how the Children are being educated, how they are being kept away on purpose from the real truths of the World, and it is very sad to see that this great Country with those great People is based upon fighting Wars every single day since its existence.

Those things we have overcome in many Countries, it is called "Past Historical Understanding of Reactions and Actions." In Europe, we have all the right to say they are wrong because we have lost over 100 million People in the last 200 years in Wars that we have fought, and "only those Deaths have now made us more aware of those things which America is so far removed. It is not about Patriotic understanding, "it is about the Respect and Love that we teach our Children." I truly believe that we don't need to repeat our mistakes over and over and over again, and remember Everyone in the USA who has White Skin" is of European Origin.

Only now for the past 60 years since World War 11, have we realized that Every Child has a Mum, andmany Children thatare dying without having done any harm to anybody. Thatis what we have to learn as a Team, that itis part of our Environment, becauseit is part of us, so we really have to make sure that we go and take a stand. It is not about who has the best Arms and Weapons, we have long past that.

Why is Everybody scared of America? Because they have the biggest Weapon Industry, but it shouldn't be that, Everybody should be proud about the Technology that comes out of America, not scared. There are 300 million US Citizens, and I can tell you that 99.9% are just like People here in Europe, and all they want is Peace, they want to have enough Food, they want to be able to pay their Mortgages off, and to live a Happy Life, but believe me it is very dangerous moments for Civilizations around this Planet, it is not a relaxing time for anybody.

Everything that you see at the moment where ever you are, is not just for the US, even in Europe this can be taken away from us within the Instant of a Second, so PLEASE let us do Our Part. We cannot guarantee that we will make a difference quick enough, but right now we have the ability to talk and to communicate, how many of you would take the same "Attitude" if you found it very challenging to go onto the Internetto communicate to the UBIEE Team, what if your Telephone Lines were cut off, how would you communicate, how can you keep that free Open Word of Speech etc, that is something we have to think about. We hope it won't happen, but it has all the nasty signs of things not going very good.

Many Countries have lost Civil Rights, it is very hard to say, but thanks to 9/11, in all Civilized Countries we have lost at least 50% of our liberties, and you know why? Because they teach us that there are Terrorists around - don't do that or they will blow you up, or do this or that! Tolstoy said once that "Terrorism is the Last Weapon for Those who have NO Hope."

How come we have People blowing themselves up with a Package of Dynamite and going to Heaven because that is what They Think They Do! How come they do that? Because we as Civilized Nations do something wrong, "We oppress them, use them, abuse them, take their Resources and tell them they are 3rd World Countries. My Gosh,Who in the World has the right to say that they are 3rd World Countries, They are Humans, just like you and me? Yes, it is Religion, and Religion is a hold for many People who have no hold at all, we see this with millions, because it is so much easier to believe in something you can touch than believe in yourself.

They are desperate, but believe me, the Mum of a Child in Iraq when the bomb falls and kills 50 Children, do you think it doesn't hurt them? and this is done to establish democracy, or is it done to create hate against those who drop thebombs. That is what we have to fight. There is NO reasonable excuse to fight a War on this Planet except Greed, and Greed starts with Countries we can point a finger at, because for you to have your Air Conditioner, or for you to drive your car, you needOil, you need Electricity and when Resources are depleted, unfortunately we go out and rob it from those who actually have it.

That is the Civilized World, and because they are 3rd World Countries who cares. The Catholic Church, when the Spaniards occupied South America 600 years ago, there was a Decree by the Vatican"that Every Person found in South America was less valuable than a Tick in your own Stable." That is a true story and not a lie, they slaughtered 20 million Indigenous People in South America. How come Everybody speaks Spanish or Portuguese - because they went out there, killed them, violated the women, shot off their heads, and they call it Christianity - we have to make People aware, because now, we can talk about it.

Who in the World had the chance 20 years ago to have so many People from Australia, the USA, UK, Northern Ireland and all parts of the World meeting here like this? We as a Civilized World didn't even have it, do you think many of the 3rd World Countries have this ability at the moment? You bet they don't, because it is "Us" that doesn't allow them, because most likely we have not sold a Wireless License to them yet.

This is where UBIEE comes in, it would really make my day if we did not need to do Business to maintain ourselves, this is when you go onto the http://www.futuro.cc/ Site. Believe me, I have seen things in Life that you only see on CNN News, I have been in negotiation with People, I have been in the Diplomatic Area, I have seen how Diplomats talk to each other, I have seen that They don't care about You, They don't care about anything You believe in, all They care about are the Corporations that finance the Social Parties. Democracy, what a big mess up, Democracy is nothing else other than a Form of Dictatorship.

That is what Democracy stands for, for me, because all we have now, is like it was in Roman Times, we have our Games, we have our Super Bowl, we have the World Soccer Championships and we all get excited, and now "We have a Big Event that really is The Only True Spirit that we have on our Planet", and it is called "The Olympics." These Olympic Games unify all Nations, Watch it, Support it, be Patriotic and take away the Wars, make it a Challenge andlet our Young Generation compete with each other. The Olympics were started by the Greek Nation which is so much older and so much wiser than all of us together, that is really where we are.

Believe me, I am not here to change Your Life, I am here to change My Life, and as I will do so, with the Level of Influence that I have. I come from probably one of the most Famous Families in Europe, believe me I know what I am talking about. Our Family has ruled over 100's of Millions of People, by Force, by Power, by Threatening and we wrote History long before America existed, but, tell the World what we have achieved - nothing except Fortunes of Gold, Resources, Silver, Gases and what do we do - we sell it to the World. How many People were used to tell Everyone in the World about Christianity? Think about that, not very many were there. We are here, and we need to tell the World about UBIEE, "The UBIEE Green Nation, the PIFBC" where we can help Everyone, we can help those Other People who need help, we can help the Environment and it is really simple. You don't have to go and teach a Large Crowd, as those 12 People Jesus used did - "All You have to do is Tell and Train 3 People" and when you Cycle, You can do it again and help those People Tell 3 more People, and then you will see this grow so quickly that you won't believe it.

That doesn't mean that You can't go to a Large Organization that has $50,000, $100,000, $1 million or $10 million - these People would understand what it would do for their People quicker than an Internet Marketer would. That iswhat we need to do, we need to tell other People and show them how to help their People.

It is very simple, I love UBIEE and I love to help other People. This Lady spends nearly all her day knitting, she knits these Dolls and Small Cardigans and gives them away to Children, Dolls like this one go to South Africa to Children who are dying of Aids, and that is "Her Passion, To Help Others."

It has been a very powerful Meeting this morning and I don't really want to go. A lot of what has been said I already know about, the Spiritual side of things has been great, it is great the way things in UBIEE are going, we have a Group of People who are standing behind UBIEE, and I am sure when Joe and yourself close down in August for your Holidays you will feel confident that you have a Team of People here that will be supporting UBIEE, all the Products and everything while you are away on your well deserved break.

We will all be doing our best to promote this to the World and the more Promotions we do, the more People we will reach. What I am doing now is to promote UBIEE in a way that "is showing UBIEE as a Solid Company that has been around for a long time", and that is what I believe we have to do. I think now we have to promote the Gas Card more because I am getting a lot of Emails promoting "Free Gas Cards."

It seems to me that when UBIEE brings up something, People jump on the Bandwagon and copy some of UBIEE's Ideas, the only difference is though"that they haven't got a Solid Company behind them and not a Fly-By Night thing." Thanks for letting me speak and I will pass the mic back.

Dr Michael - Thank you Keith, you are certainly on the right track with all the things that you are doing. We have done loads of Marketing for our Products and Services, and I think you are spot-on telling People how long we have been on the Market. I am sure Jim will be able to share with you what it means to be around for 6 years on the Internet. Ring SMS Espana is now in its 7th year on the Internet, it was formed in May 2002, so Jim if you could share a little about that great Concept he helped put together with us and the Vision he is sharing with many of you.

Jim Spellacy - CEO North America - USA - Thank you Dr Michael and Keith, it is always a pleasure to hear your "Pearls of Wisdom", Gary, always a privilege to haveyou online and sharing your Business acumen. You know Dr Michael, to me it is a very "Basic Understanding" of what we are doing. I try to keep it so basic that it starts with ONE component, "It Is Called Leadership", and Folks Leadership is nothing more than the Key, " It Is A Key Role And Also The First Step Of The Business Operation Process."

I would just like to walk you down the Path with me a little, think of the different Leaders in Your Life, perhaps Your Boss, Your Parents, or Pastorand ask yourself what it is about that Person that makes You want to follow them. Well, I will give you some Food For Thought.

 

1. Perhaps Vision, their Vision or the willingness they demonstrated to get their hands dirty, not just to say we should do something, but to be the First one to do it.

2. How about a Willingness to take risks, especially in trying stuff that may not pan out.

3. How about the Willingness to consider the good of a particular Organization they are heading up - of an Ideal they have in their own head.

4. The Desire to Understand and Empathise with those who do not agree with the direction, but work with them in Peace, as much as possible.

5. A Person of Authenticity, Action, and the Willingness for continuous self examination of the process.

A Leader is one who seeks input from Others andgrows in awareness of their own strengths and weaknesses. I admire a Leader who is "Constantly Refining Their Role, anda Person with Confidence. Maybe the Leaders don't have all the details figured out, but they certainly are confident.

To me Folks and Dr Mike, it all starts out with "Trust and Friendship, I can't think of Anyone I would want to follow or shape my Life after that I don't Trust. With Trust comes Friendship, Humilty and the ability to ask the right question, Someone who has more Wisdom and Experience in an area than I do, also Someone who puts Others before Themselves, Someone who cares about the Big Picture and trusts those around him or her to take care of the details.

UBIEE has done just that, haven't they.

You know Folks, I think a good Leader is so focussed on following that they don't realize that they are leading. Take a look in the miror Dr Mike - does that sound lilke You, because that is exactly what you have demonstrated "Genuine Leadership." From my standpoint it is a sharing process, it is participating in something much bigger than you Folks even realize what it will be

"IT IS AN ATTITUDE, IT IS A DIRECTION, IT ISAGOAL" write it down "LIVE YOUR GOAL"

Many People like to Dream Goals, but without taking the necessary action they never attain their them. Believe in it, remember the Glass is only 1/2 Full and it is never 1/2 Empty.The ability of an Individual to influence, motivate and enable others to contribute towards the effectiveness and success of the Organization of which they are a Member.

Ladies and Gentlemen each and Everyone one of you who participate in our Conference Calls, andthis being the #171, I applaud You and I challenge You to take that next step as we continue to elevate the Bar and grow as a Company, as a Business, as a Programme the PIFBC. Jim Spellacy is a "Spoke in the Wheel" as many of you who are on this Line, the level of responsibility dictates the amount of effort it takes to do it right, but , NEVER be so perfect in your own mind that you aren't willing to learn, to earn. A wise man once said "He who gives first, shall receive."

With that Dr Michael, it is an honour to be part of an "Esteemed Group of Leaders around the World." At any given time Folks You have the ability, and now You have the Opportunity to take this to the next Level, and if we take a look at those right down the Line on this Call, "If You Are Willing, It Will Happen. Once again

Your ATTITUDE will take us to the ALTITUDE that we will fly.

Dr Michael - Thanks Jim and thanks form the recognition. I truly believe it could be me you talked about, but it really is not so important for me whether I am there or not, as long as some of you "Identify Yourself to be in that position." I think we all do a good job, so George I was wondering if you could present the UBIEE Lyrics to us to conclude our Meeting today, and Thank you so much Sir for all the things that you are doing, because that is not easy and you have it right on.

George Johnson - Australia - I would like to elaborate just for a moment on something I said before. In reference to the Law of Karma, this is only my opinion, I said that if you were suffering, you are to blame, you have created it under the Law somewhere along the way, but I would also like to add that as far as I am concerned, "Life is Soul Growth" so possibly if someone is suffering it is a Karmic thing that was created in their deep down past, or before they leave the Inner Plain.

We may have chosen to go through a certain aspect of Life simply to advance our own Soul Growth, so there are different ways of looking at it. Was it Shakespeare that said "We are all Actors playing a part on the Earth", I am learning that what we are living now is only a Dream, and we are all awakening to the reality of it, andI believe we will eventually all meet up again on the Inner Plains. God is not there to punish us, it is entirely up to us whether we want to live within that Law or not.

The UBIEE Song, the background I would like is a "Shuffle Beat and a driving Rock Beat with a Wailing Guitar and Back-up Singers." If you have any musical talents I would appreciate your coming forward, also if you can add to this, or make it any better please give me your thoughts.

Dr Michael - The more I hear it, the more I love it, it is so great. Thank you so much for sharingit with us, it needs courage, certainly dedication and I love it. I would like also to say a Special Welcome to our friends from the Hispanic Team from Mexico and other parts of the World. Today is our ENVIRO Conference I would love to call up a few more People but I think 2 hours is plenty, and since we will be here for the next 171 Meetings I am sure those People won't mind. Steve Hall - USA - WOW, I am not going to try and compete with Everybody's Inspirational Deep Thinking tonight, I am really excited, I have shipped out more Pills today, I sent out Pills yesterday. I know there are some People in America who have Cycled but who have not yet claimed their UBIEE PowerPills, so if you know of anyone in your Team who hasn't claimed them, they might need some Instruction on how to claim them.

I have had some good comments back this week about the PowerPills, a vehicle that was making a bad tapping noise -after 1 tank fuel and the PowerPills, the tapping noise has gone from the engine, this Person thought the Truck was about to give up, but it now has a bit more power, so another great result for the PowerPills.
